Priority Service: Priority Service: We will make every effort to visit your home within 24 hours of your call. This feature also gives you the added security of having your next Preventive Maintenance scheduled before we leave. Never lose out on your next date – Elite Comfort Club members enjoy pre-scheduling for their next HVAC maintenance appointment.
E.Z. Flow Treatment: A condensation drain system additive to aid in preventing back-ups is added to all preventative maintenances at no extra cost to members.
Diagnostic Fee Waived During Normal Business Hours: During normal business hours (M-F 8 am-4:30 pm), our diagnostic fee of $91* is waived with a completed onsite repair for Elite Comfort Club members.
No Overtime Fees on Nights, Weekends, or Holidays: Elite Comfort Club members will not be charged overtime fees for visits after hours, on weekends, or holidays – you will only be charged the base diagnostic fee of $91* plus the cost of repairs.
10% Discount: Elite Comfort Club members will save 10% on all parts and labor accrued during a service call. This option has the potential to save you hundreds of dollars annually.
Parts & Labor Warranty on Repairs: Elite Comfort Club members will receive a 2-YEAR PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY on any mechanical parts we replace. The diagnostic fee is not included in the 2-year warranty.
Bonus Bucks: Bonus Bucks are a great way to save for your future. Under the Elite Comfort Club agreement, you will receive $25 in Bonus Bucks per visit. There is no cap on Bonus Bucks earnings. All Bonus Bucks are automatically added to your account and are to be used toward the purchase of a new HVAC system. (Bonus Bucks are added at each visit but will be lost if Elite Comfort Club membership is not renewed annually.)
